ClearShift Ops provides an SMS messaging program to deliver operational scheduling communications to healthcare staff. This program is designed exclusively for transactional purposes—shift confirmations, reminders, and urgent scheduling updates. We do not use SMS for marketing purposes.
How You Opt In
Consent to receive SMS messages from ClearShift Ops is obtained through affirmative opt-in. This may occur through:
- Completing and submitting the opt-in form on this page
- Providing written consent during onboarding with your staffing agency
- Verbal consent given to your scheduler or HR representative, documented in our system
By opting in, you acknowledge that you understand the message types you'll receive, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can opt out at any time.
Message Program Details
ClearShift Ops sends only operational, transactional messages to facilitate scheduling workflows. Message frequency varies based on your shift schedule and responsiveness.

Shift Confirmation Request
Sent when a shift assignment requires your confirmation.
Reminder
Sent if you haven't responded to a previous confirmation request.
Urgent Update
Sent for time-sensitive scheduling needs or escalations.
Opt-Out and Help
To Opt Out:
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from ClearShift Ops. You will receive a confirmation message:
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages. Your scheduling communication will continue through alternative channels (phone calls or email).
To Opt Back In:
If you've opted out and would like to resume SMS messages, reply START to re-enroll. You may also contact your scheduler or HR representative to re-enable SMS.
